I love my new roof so much. This was a much needed improvement to my 100 year old house. I can’t believe how great it looks and what it’s done to my house. We priced out a few roofers and A Better Roofing came in with the best price with the best warranty options.

I had new gutters and down spouts installed. They also look fantastic. One of the gutters was slightly misaligned. I reached out to the company again to help get it fixed. John came out and made an adjustment that helped get the water flowing again. The work was very fast and efficient and John was great to work with. We are so happy with the outcome.

Jon brings a lot of experience and integrity. He alerted us to the need to not mix types of exhaust vents on the roof (i.e. powered roof vent with ridge vents and gable vents). In doing more research as a result of that, I learned a lot and was surprised at how little other roofers knew or were willing to discuss. We ended up going with a different roofer when we had our roof replaced, but am regretting the decision. Now during the actual roof replacement, the costs of additional repairs to replace plywood sheating, trim pieces, etc from this other roofer are extremely high. In Jon’s contract, he spelled out the costs including labor to do this additional type of work.

Excellent Experience

We had an excellent experience with A Better Roofing Company! They gave us the best quote to replace the broken cement tiles on our roof -by far the most reasonable price we received. They showed up right away to inspect the damage and had us scheduled for the repair within just a week.

The technician who worked on our roof did an incredible job and really went above and beyond. Not only did he replace the damaged tiles perfectly, but he also took the extra time to rearrange some tiles so that the ones on the front of the house matched better. The attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out.

Everything from communication to cleanup was professional and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend A Better Roofing Company to anyone needing roof repairs!

Better Roofing Company as the Best Roofing Company

I think of the Better Roofing Company as the Best Roofing Company.

They always show up as promised. You may think that this skill
as a given, but other contractors were a no show for an estimate.

State Farm, my brother-in-laws’ home insurance company took a photo
from a satellite of water ponding on his roof. They threatened to
abandone him and force him to find another insurance company. We could only find
companies I never heard of for twice the amount. They also had bad reviews.

He had 22 days to get the paperwork of a new completed roof to headquarters.

The Best Roofing Company worked on Saturday and Sunday because Monday through
Friday was taken. They got the County Inspector out a day earlier then the county promised.
I’m not sure how Nader did this.

They installed a 1/4″ tapered, insulated roof, so water would not pond on
his flat roof in subsequent years. Without this it could force him to encounter
the same situation of a satellite photo of ponding a few years down the road.

They fixed a Mickey Mouse electrical fix, done by a past amateur homeowner.
They got the electrician out in a day.

Liam, the estimator, guided us with what we needed for now and the future.
He was early for the appointment, and very clear in his language of what
was needed.

Marcos, the foreman of the work, answered my concerns on a Sunday. He was
willing to come out on a Sunday, but I thought was unnecessary, due to his clearly
answering my questions.

Nader, the time scheduler, was brilliant and helpful. His attitude is documented
